The competition started yesterday.My strategy?
- First week cut back hard on food (calorie) intake.
- Body for life diet/workout starting week 2(?)
- Play dirty - get the others to eat junk food.
or my co-workers who are in the competition. Yes, I gave away some of my famous Key Lime Pie. I made it for Sunday, my last day before the contest started... and there were 3 pieces left over.I also went to a local rec center for 30 minutes of aerobic excercise.
Its about being a loser.
