I'm now switching from just cardio to a modified Body For Life workout. I did Body For Life before which was good, but I stopped because life got busier and my gym membership wasn't 24/7 so I couldn't go late.
I'm more confident now that I can do a modified BFL 6 days/week because I've been going that often for 3 weeks in a row.

- 18 days at the gym
- Avg cost per visit: $16.67 ($300 for 2 year membership divided by visits so far)
I've been neglecting your blog because I keep attempting to catch up on Reader when my brain is friend, so your political posts are sitting and waiting to be read sometime when I can think clearly.

Now if only I would lose some weight. Doesn't make sense to me. I'm eating better and working out for about 6 hours/week.
I didn't weight myself for the first few weeks, but in the last week, no weight change. I think I need to get a body composition tester - maybe that would be more accurate. I wonder if they have one at the gym.
